Jax Beatty is a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, supervisor, and EMDR practitioner based in Shaftesbury, Dorset.
Jax approached D-S-Design to create a website that felt calm, professional, and welcoming — a digital space where clients could learn about her therapeutic approach, qualifications, and services with ease.
Jax’s existing website no longer reflected the warmth and professionalism of her practice. She needed a refreshed online presence that was accessible, visually soothing, and easy for clients to navigate when seeking therapy or supervision support.
I designed and built a minimal, therapy-focused website using a soft, muted palette of blues and greens to create a sense of calm and trust. The design emphasised clarity and accessibility, with structured service pages, a supervision section, and an easy contact flow.
The site was built with a simple CMS, allowing Jax to manage her own blog and update information over time. I also optimised on-page SEO to improve discoverability for psychotherapy in Shaftesbury and Dorset.
The finished website offers a serene, professional online home for Jax’s psychotherapy practice. It provides a safe, trustworthy first point of contact for clients while reinforcing her credibility and expertise. The site continues to perform well locally, supporting both new enquiries and ongoing client engagement.
Daniel Sherlock is an extraordinary blend of exceptional talent, emotional intelligence, youth, and dynamism. From the moment I encountered Daniel's unique style, I knew he was the perfect fit for my new website. Despite the challenging content of my site, Daniel embraced the task with enthusiasm and was incredibly open to feedback and adjustments. His ability to understand and capture my vision from the very beginning left me thoroughly impressed. As a result, I am beyond thrilled with the final product. Daniel transformed what seemed like a daunting project into a seamless, enjoyable experience, delivering a wonderfully exciting outcome. I couldn't be happier with his work!
