Dan Pitman Media is a wedding videography and film production company based in Shaftesbury, Dorset.
Dan wanted a professional, cinematic website that would showcase his portfolio of wedding films, highlight his creative process, and make it easy for couples to explore his services and get in touch.
2️⃣ The Challenge
Dan’s previous site didn’t fully convey the emotion, artistry, and technical skill behind his videography. He needed a refreshed platform that would capture attention immediately, perform smoothly across devices, and present his work in a visually immersive way.
3️⃣ The Solution
I designed a clean, cinematic website that places Dan’s videos at the heart of the experience. The layout uses minimal typography and plenty of visual space to let the footage speak for itself, while bold accent colours and smooth scrolling effects give it a refined, modern finish.
A dedicated portfolio section was built to showcase full projects, client testimonials, and service packages, all supported by SEO targeting wedding videographer Dorset and filmmaker Shaftesbury. The CMS makes it easy for Dan to update new videos and blog posts independently.

Where to begin with Dan..? It’s been an absolute pleasure to work with him on my website project. I started my business a little over 3yrs ago and since then have out grown my very basic website. I knew I needed a new one but couldn’t find the right time to invest as I thought it would be a lot of work from my side as well as Dans and I just didn’t have the time. I couldn’t have been more wrong, from the initial consultation meeting Dan made the process extremely easy and needed very little of my time.
